JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Business Process Automation consultant who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing, and implementing relevant business process automation technology solutions to support business goals. The employee will also provide management consulting and business analysis services to clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand Customers workflow needs and requirements.
• Design & implement technical solutions to optimize Customer workflows & processes.
• Deliver presentations to prospective customers and decision makers.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Team player.
• Result orientation.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with monday.com Work OS or IBM Cloud Pak for Automation.
• Experience in process digitalization, workflow optimization, or automation.
