Shipping company, based in southern suburbs of Athens, is seeking an IT Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Installing and configuring cell phones, migrate data from one mobile to another and troubleshoot issues.
• Resolving network issues.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Keeping up records of actions taken in Ticketing Software and following up requests to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar in computer networks to support and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Certification in Cisco is advantageous.
• Familiar with Cell phones setup (Android and iOS), installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in technical support, users and desktop support can be considered asset.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal English language communication.
